Growth is the first of three sessions for the Future Leaders Experience. Increased velocity and complexity in the work environment require emerging leaders to invest in their own growth — both by learning how to learn faster and more effectively, and also by tapping into internal and external communities of peer resources. Future leaders will have access to Spencer Stuart's proprietary assessment tool, which measures current strengths and gaps to understand how they can reach the next leadership level.Â
The 10-15 minute survey asks about your personal values, preferences, and leadership style. There are no right or wrong answers, and the survey will ultimately help you understand your unique strengths and work style.
Ask up to 4 people you work closely with to complete their workstyle survey. This can be sent to your boss, teammate, mentee, etc.Â
